There is a short window that you can modify your order before we pack and ship. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order. If it has already been shipped, we may need to process a return.

We ship via Australia Post, so for best shipping estimates we recommend to use their shipping calculator. All items are shipped out from Sunshine Coast, Qld.

We want you to love our products as much as we do! But if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order or the product is not the perfect fit, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we can arrange a refund or exchange.
Any returned items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached.


We have a size guide to help you to determine what size to purchase.

Some of our items are made to offer support and we recommend sizing down if you are usually in between sizes. If we recommend choosing anything than your standard size, it will always be mentioned in the item description.

We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle or delicate cycle, with a mild detergent. Never use chlorine bleach on your o'koko garments. Line dry in the shade, out of direct sunlight.

We will be restocking SEASON ONE, with the exception of limited edition items. However, SEASON ONE items may not be available after our next edit is released.

Preorder items are items that we have sold out of, and the restock is in production. They will not be shipped immediately, the anticipated shipping date will be in the item description for each preorder item.
